Wilson’s Heat Pump Service Plans have been designed take the worry out of maintaining your equipment. The Plans are available at two pricing levels: an Easy Comfort Heat Pump Plan (ideal for newer and well-maintained systems) and a Complete Heat Pump Comfort Plan (for older systems).
Whichever plan you choose, your service coverage will increase efficiency and extend the life of your Heat Pump system.

A heat pump service plan increases efficiency and extends the life of your system. The Complete Comfort Service Plan includes:

- FREE parts and labor on most things that typically go wrong with your system

Your free annual cooling/heating tune-up and inspection includes:
Preparing the whole system for operation
- inspect and adjust refrigerant controls
- inspect and adjust temperature controls
- inspect safety controls
- check refrigerant charge(refrigerant not included)
- check belts and adjust tension
- clean or replace standard fiberglass filter
- check and record operating pressures
Inspecting and lubricate electric motors
- check compressor, evaporator motor and condenser motor
- check amperage and voltage
- clean lint and dirt from air-cooled condensers
- record high-pressure and low-pressure readings
- record temperature differential
During the life of the service plan, Wilson will repair or replace any of the following items that may become defective due to normal use or wear at no charge.

You can use these credits toward the purchase of a variety of heating and cooling equipment. (The figures below show how much can be used for any one item.) Your free annual cooling/heating tune-up and inspection includes:
