Your boiler or furnace will be tuned up annually to ensure that your heating system operates at maximum efficiency. We will:

• prepare the whole system for summer operation
• inspect and adjust refrigerant controls
• inspect and adjust temperature controls
• inspect safety controls
• check refrigerant charge (refrigerant not included)
• check belts and adjust tension
• clean or replace standard fiberglass filter
• check and record operating pressures
• inspect and lubricate electric motors
• check compressor, evaporator motor, condenser motor, amperage and voltage
• clean lint and dirt from air-cooled condensers
• record high-pressure and low-pressure readings
• record temperature differential

Our Premium Central Air Conditioning Coverage includes most things that typically can go wrong with your system. It includes a yearly tune-up and inspection, as well as repair of the following:
