A: We have 22 full-time employees with 14 service trucks, 12 service technicians, 4 installation vehicles and 9 fuel delivery trucks.
A: We use only our own certified, factory-trained technicians. We never hire subcontractors. Our technicians are the most highly trained in the industry. To use subcontractors would be like taking a step down. Your comfort and our reputation are too important to put in anyone else’s hands.
A: Usually it’s only a matter of hours. We can come out to your home at your convenience, during the day or in the evening. We can be there today if you’d like.
A: Most of our installations are done in a day, though every job is different and some take longer than others.
A: Heating fuels like oil, propane, and natural gas are traded on the commodities market, where prices go up and down like they do in the stock market. Heating oil, propane and natural gas prices are affected by global politics, demand and many other factors.
A: Different people feel comfortable at different temperatures. Pay less attention to the numbers on the thermostat display (or the position of the temperature indicator on a nondigital display) and more to how comfortable the room feels to you. When you feel comfortable, check the setting. That’s the right temperature for you.
A: When the switch is in the “on” position, the fan runs continuously, giving you constant air circulation. You can use the fan “on” setting to reduce temperature variations in a multistory home. When the switch is in the “auto” position, the fan cycles on and off with the rest of the heating or cooling system.
