All of us are relieved to put 2020 behind us and begin a new year. With the COVID-19 vaccine now being distributed across the country, we have a good reason to hope for much better things in 2021.
Meanwhile, as we head into the heart of winter, our staff is working hard to address any concerns you may have and keep your home comfort equipment in good condition.
We are doing phone screenings before we go out on service calls so we can make sure no one in your household shows any COVID-19 symptoms, and we continue to remind our employees not to come to work if they feel sick or if anyone in their household shows any signs of illness.
Additionally, we have made a significant investment in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and disinfecting supplies. We encourage you to do your part by following all CDC-recommended safety measures until this crisis is behind us.
