Want a chance to have fun while giving to neighbors who can really use your support? Join the Wilson team in a run to benefit not one, but TWO great causes at the Fueled Up and Fire Up Pick 5 Challenge!
All proceeds from the Fueled Up and Fired Up Pick 5 Challenge will support the important work of the Nether Providence Township 1st Responders and Susan G. Komen Philadelphia.
The race will take place Saturday October 18, 2014.
Four ways to join the fun:
Everyone can participate in either a 5K or a 5-mile run or walk. There’s even a race just for your kids and prizes will be awarded for each age group! Register today and you’ll get a “Fueled Up” T-Shirt to show your support.
This year runners who love a challenge can vie for the titles of King and Queen of the Hill. The 5K and 5 mile courses have varied terrain, with most of the last mile of each course up hill. Every runner will get a separate time for the last hill on the course, and the fastest times will be crowned as King and Queen of the Hill.

Help support your neighbors and you’ll benefit, too. All sponsors will have their business advertised on “Fueled-Up” T-shirts and placards (must have commitment by 10/1/14). You’ll also be mentioned on Wilson’s Facebook page, in our newsletter, and have a listing on the Wilson company website.
Come out and have fun with your kids and the rest of the community. Enjoy games, a moon bounce, fire trucks, a prize raffle, and more!
On race day, pre-registered participants can pick up information packets at Wallingford Presbyterian Church. The race will start at the Wallingford Train Station. Race day registrations are also welcome.

The men and women of the police force and volunteer fire companies of South Media and Garden City are the first to arrive at fires, accidents, and any kind of health emergency calls in the township. Proceeds from the race will pay for training, replacement equipment and emergency repairs.
Known worldwide, this organization has become the largest source of non-profit funds in the world dedicated to the fight against breast cancer.
