  • “I’m not one to write a review but feel my recent experience with Wilson Oil & Propane is a story worth sharing. Recently when temperatures were as cold as they’ve been all winter, my boiler gave up the ghost. We had been having issues with it when finally it reached the end of the line after 28 years in use. Conveniently, my wife happened to be 9 months pregnant with our 2nd child and due any day. I called Wilson since we were current customers and they were able to schedule an immediate appointment with their Sales Manager. He came out the next day, was very informative and answered all my concerns. After multiple considerations my wife and I came to the decision that Wilson would be our company of choice. They were able to put us on schedule to start the install 2 days later. Meanwhile, my wife went into labor the night prior to the install. The Wilson crew was more than understanding and even offered to meet me at the hospital to pass off a key if needed. All went smoothly and I brought my wife and our newborn baby girl home from the hospital just as they were finishing up. They cleaned the work area, explained all the functions of our new boiler and most importantly they worked within our budget. With a new baby, we had no idea how we could manage the unforeseen expense. Luckily Wilson had payment options which they worked with us on for the best way to manage payment. Since we were already a Wilson customer (10 years) we were eligible for an extra discount off the unit and installation. We remain warm and toasty as spring is just ahead and thank Wilson for the amazing service they provided my family in those very delicate moments.”

While you or Alex may think of these things as common or standard practice, his work ethic and professionalism were in stark contrast to those that preceded him on this job.
