Allow us to introduce Cindy Nugent, our newest customer-service representative. Cindy joined our team this summer, bringing with her 24 years of experience.
Cindy says she truly enjoys working at a family-owned business.
“I like how David, the owner, is very much in touch with the customers,” she says. “He knows what’s going on behind the scenes. It’s a good feeling to know that.”
From helping customers understand pricing and payment plans to scheduling deliveries and tune-ups, Cindy is there for you.
“Anything that involves the customer, I’m in the mix,” she says.
A Drexel Hill resident, Cindy is one of three customer service specialists at Wilson.
“We work as a team, and I like that,” she says.
When she’s not at work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, and she loves going to the beach.
